Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. Who we are

This website, argentinaout.com (the "Site"), is operated by argentinaout.com("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. The Site is a satirical petition and entertainment website. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at hadushezana@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, or billing details. When you sign the petition or vote in a poll, that action is stored locally in your own browser and, where applicable, as an anonymous count on our servers — it is not linked to your identity.

However, like most websites, the Site and the third-party services it uses automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, which may include: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, approximate location (derived from IP), the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and how you interact with the page. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. How we use data

We use the information described above to:

  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • understand how visitors use the Site (analytics);
  • display advertising, including through third-party ad networks;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid ad activity;
  • comply with our legal obligations.

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal basis for using non-essential cookies and for advertising and analytics is your consent, which you give through our cookie banner and can withdraw at any time (see Section 6). Our legal basis for essential, security, and fraud-prevention processing is our legitimate interest in running the Site safely.

4. Advertising and third-party cookies

We display advertising supplied by third-party advertising networks, which currently include Adsterra, Monetag, and Google AdSense. These third-party advertisers and ad-technology vendors may place and read cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies on your browser in order to serve advertisements, including ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites, and to measure the performance of those ads.

We do not control the cookies set by these third parties, and their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. You can review them here:

You can opt out of personalised advertising from many vendors at youronlinechoices.eu (EU/UK) or optout.aboutads.info (US), and you can opt out of Google personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

5. Cookies we use

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We group them into the categories below. A full, automatically updated list is available in the cookie preferences panel (see Section 6).

Necessary

Required for the Site to function and to remember your cookie choices. These are always active. This includes the consent cookie set by our consent tool, CookieYes.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible Analytics. These may collect data such as pages viewed, time on page, and general interaction patterns.

Advertising / Marketing

Set by our advertising partners (Adsterra, Monetag, Google AdSense) to deliver and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad. These may track visitors across websites.

6. Your choices and consent

When you first visit the Site from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a cookie consent banner asks for your permission before any non-essential (analytics or advertising) cookies are set. You can accept all, reject all, or choose specific categories. No non-essential cookies are set until you consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" or cookie icon link, which is always available at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hadushezana@gmail.com.

8. Data retention and international transfers

We retain analytics and log data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Because our third-party providers operate globally, your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Those providers use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
